24-Hour Notice – Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to fill your spot and better serve others. Late Cancellations – If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Deposits – All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance at the time of service. You may reschedule your appointment one time (with in the 24hr notice) with your initial deposit. After your first reschedule, a new deposit must be made to secure your appointment. No shows - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the service fee before booking future appointments. Please arrive on time. A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment is subject to be canceled, rescheduled or you will be charged a $10 late fee at my discretion, your deposit will not be refunded.
